Alternative Fever Option For Children Who Will Not Take Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin (ibuprofen)


Remove wrapper and carefully insert suppository well up into the rectum.
Administer dose every 4 hours until your child's fever remains below 101 degrees for 12 hours.

6-11 pounds 40 mg 1/2 (80 mg)
12-17 pounds 80 mg 1 (80 mg)
18-23 pounds 120 mg 1 (120 mg)
24-35 pounds 160 mg 2 (80 mg)
36-47 pounds 240 mg 2 (120 mg)
48-59 pounds 320 mg 1 (325 mg)
